Use the form below to register online for any of the above classes.  You can use one form for multiple children for the same class.  If you would like to sign up for more than one class, submit the form for each class.  In addition to the online registration form, a full registration form will be required for all classes.  You can print a print registration form below and fill it out ahead of class or you can pick up a form from Ceramics Canada at time of registration.
